  2. Heat a large pan over medium–high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, or until it is golden and cooked through. Turn the chicken once halfway. If the pan gets too sticky, add ¼ cup (60 ml) of water at the halfway mark.
  3. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve the chicken on pita bread or flatbread topped with tzatziki, tomato slices, red onion, parsley, and kalamata olives.
