- 1 cup / 150g / 5oz chicken thighs (boneless, skinless), sliced (Note 4)
- 1 large egg
- 4 stems Chinese broccoli (Note 5)

Preparation:
- If using dried noodles, soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, white vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. This will be your stir-fry sauce.
